Join Troy Bynum and Yannick Lowery for a special birding program celebrating Black Birders Week. This workshop welcomes people from traditionally marginalized identities to experience and enjoy nature through birding. No experience is necessary! Learn to identify local bird species using the binoculars and field guides provided. This program is part of Yannick Lowery’s ongoing project as Artist in Residence. His work reimagines Glen Foerd as a site of leisure rather than labor by highlighting the experiences of workers throughout the site’s history.
