DESCRIPTION: Join us out on the grounds for a cyanotype workshop! Cyanotype is a non-toxic photographic process that produces stunning cyan-blue prints using sun light. We’ll make “prints” using found objects from the Poquessing Creek to create one-of-a-kind compositions. All materials will be provided. This free workshop is a wonderful chance to practice your artistic skills in a historical setting.\n\nCory Kram is a multidisciplinary, community teaching artist living in Philadelphia who specializes in sculpture, painting, and fiber. She is greatly inspired by the ephemeral images and objects that lie on the everyday plane of modern existence and often incorporates found materials in her practice. Her practice extends beyond traditional art spaces; she is deeply committed to community engagement, social justice, and collaborative art. As the 2025 Teaching Artist in Residence, Cory will facilitate a series of free workshops that are open to the public.\n\nFor details, click here: https://glenfoerd.secure.nonprofitsoapbox.com/component/events/event/185
