Celebrate Pride on the high tide! Members of the LGBTQ+ community are invited to join this special kayak tour in honor of Pride Month.

Looking for a new adventure? Join us at Glen Foerd this summer as we explore the beautiful Delaware River by kayak. The tour will include an introduction to the basics of paddling and an overview of safety protocols. Our exploration will be in tandem kayaks, so if you arrive solo, you may get paired with a new friend.

This activity is open to all ages 10+, though be prepared for summer temperatures and moderate physical exertion. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Getting in and out of your boat can be a wet and muddy experience. Please wear appropriate clothing and consider bringing something to change into after the activity. Don’t forget your water, snacks, and sunscreen!

Guests should arrive 15 min prior to start time to receive a safety talk, sign waivers, and other trip preparations. Space is limited; please do not register unless you plan to attend. We are asking for a $5 registration fee that will be refunded if you make it to the event. There is an option to donate your $5 if you choose to support programming at Glen Foerd.

Events can be canceled on short notice due to weather and river conditions. In this case, your $5 fee will be returned. Please keep an eye on your email and our website for cancellations.
