In partnership with the Northeast Family YMCA, we will be offering monthly yoga classes on our newly renovated Boathouse deck this summer (weather permitting).   Vinyasa-style classes, led by Melissa Gyuraki, will emphasize the development of strength, flexibility, balance, and grace through the use of postures linked to breath. Synchronization of breath with movement allows participants to both recharge and relax.  Participants should dress in layers and bring their own yoga mat, towel, or blanket, along with water and sunscreen. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of the class.
